Our staff using pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers are fully trained and qualified in their use by the NPTC (National Proficiency Tests Council) and are equipped with all the necessary safety equipment. We can offer total weed control on hardstands and around buildings to selective weed control over lawns and shrub beds.

Tree services

We can remove large and small trees including tall trees in confined spaces. Our tree surgeons all hold the relevant certificates. We can liaise with local Authorities where TPO's or closeness to public roads cause an issue, and you are protected by our £5 million liability insurance. Our climbers are qualified with chainsaw and climbing techniques and when work requires it they are also qualified in the use of MEWPs (Mobile elevating work platforms).

Waste management

When works are being carried out on your site we would always encourage you to compost any green waste on site if possible, doing your bit for the environment as well as possible financial savings. But remember if any debris is removed from your site and fly-tipped or the company carrying the waste is not licensed to carry waste, your company could be held legally and financially responsible. Gearing Landscape Services are registered waste carriers - licence No.CB/DU92844 check us out and anyone else you employ to remove debris at the Environmental Agencies Public Registers on their web site at www.environment-agency.gov.uk/epr/search.asp
